5. You'll receive a text with the car make and license plate 1-2 hours prior. When the chauffeur arrives, you'll get another message.
6. Waiting times are 10 minutes for non-airport pickups and 60 minutes for airport pickups. After that, additional charges apply. Failure to communicate during this window results in the chauffeur leaving, and a 100% fee applies.
7. If extra time is needed, inform us during the included waiting period. Additional waiting charges will then apply.
8. Luggage capacity: Sedans fit 2 suitcases and 2 carry-ons; SUVs fit up to 5 suitcases and 5 carry-ons. Oversized luggage or special equipment must be discussed beforehand.
